Welcome to the Temple of Light & Dark, a place to support your journey to greater intimacy with yourself and others.

My name is Gabriel, and these topics are dear to my heart, as they have been part of my journey, coming from feeling I was asexual, dealing with intense chronic pain, burnout, depression...

I owe a great deal to the incredible teachers and lovers I have met; I know the transformative power of being initiated by others, and the radical life changes which follow.

I hope to give as much back as I was given, for when we heal together, we heal the Earth.

What I offer is born from the techniques that most impacted my journey. I feel lucky to have been exposed to both modern radical methods of healing as well as truly rare and esoteric ancient practices passed to me through love and wisdom, including:

My Path:

• BODY-DEARMORING: I was trained as a sexological bodyworker and learned the importance and care of working with trauma and holding space. This technique goes beyond muscle tension to address the emotional layers stored within, identifying areas where trauma might be held and releasing them.

• LEFT-HAND-PATH TANTRA: I received a direct transmission from the oral and hidden mystery tradition of Northern India. The left-hand-path is the path of the heart, of subtle magic and fearless power. It taught me to embrace the Goddess in all her aspects, ever dancing between Light and Dark.

• SEXUAL-SHAMANISM: I am a graduate of the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA) where I learned practices integrating sexual energy together with shamanic techniques. My offerings emphasize the spiritual potential of this energy as a tool for personal transformation and healing. I work with others to build new temples dedicated to sacred sexuality and radical body-soul awakening.

• MEDITATION & INTUITIVE SHADOW-WORK: While I inherited many techniques, I gained most from my intuitive path to shadow-work, relating to my inner parts and finding their power. Today, I often have my most impactful experiences during long meditation retreats in silence and in darkness.
